  2. Bat Harim’s customer service is available through human telephone answering and/or through the aforementioned WhatsApp, you can have a voice call or send text messages for the benefit of customers for whom telephone answering is not an answer.  
  3. Bat Harim’s website will be accessible according to the regulations of equal rights for people with disabilities (service accessibility adjustments), 2013-2013.
  4. The accessibility menu appears on all website pages in the fixed and recommended location according to the regulations. 
  5. The site will be accessible to anyone through the accessibility system and will solve problems in the following areas:
    1. Textual content.
    2. Non-textual content such as images 
    3. Color contrast.
    4. Caption size will allow a 200% increase without damaging the information being viewed.
